Kabaku General Services Ltd. (Kabaku GS) is a customer focused contractor firm delivering a wide range of services in a variety of sectors within M25 and surrounding boroughs of London.
Since the inception of the company in August 2014, then incorporated in 2017; Kabaku GS continues to evolve and develop, meeting high service demands from new and existing clients.
It still remains a privately owned family company and our focus continues to be a Quality service to customers, at a competitive budgets, whilst retaining our core values.
We have two main divisions to our business, Maintenance and Turn-Key Projects.
our maintenance teams have expertise covering various ranges: from call outs (24/7)for a leaking roof damaging a building, electrical periodic testing and upgrade works, through to full void services(Minor and Major Works).
In this sector, we have long term contracts in place with housing associations,governmental bodies and private organisations; demostrating our ability to work diversely across sectors.
We are well experienced in operating within this industry, ensuring the occupiers continue to operate without disruption.
Within our projects` team we have long standing relationships with a number of local Authorities. Our Project Managers manage their own portfolio of clients.
Our structure ensures that each client has the right amount of resource allocated to them, with our Project Managers owning each part of the process, from pricing the work, through to the safety management on the project.
This approach ensures a clear and transparent line of accountability and consistency in service for our clients.
Kabaku GS workforce comprises of highly skilled and professional individuals. Our Engineers are qualified to deal with our client’s needs as well as being experienced in their respective trades. Our friendly team will always be happy to help and pride themselves on their individual contributions. Our engineers hold relevant certification in City and Guilds, NVQ or other specialist trades as required by legislation. Training is regularly monitored to ensure staff development and associated activities meet requirements of current industry standards and Health & safety. For our client’s security, all our engineers are fully vetted by the Disclosure Baring Service (DBS).
