INTERNAL ADAPTATION WORKS:

Works included:

• Removal of flooring throughout the flat, including the sub floor.
• New floorboard was fitted to ensure stable flooring.

• The door to the bathroom and living area was widened for easy wheelchair access.
• Stud walls had to be deconstructed and new stud walls installed.
• All previous kitchen cabinets were removed and disposed of. New cabinets chosen by the client were fitted along with splash back tiling.

Bathroom works:

• All bathroom fittings and tiles were removed and disposed of.
• New thermostatic shower was installed.
• The toilet and towel rail replaced.
• The bathroom was retiled to a height of 170cm.
• Anti-slip flooring was installed throughout the bathroom area.

Bedroom:

• Removal and disposal of fitted wardrobes and flooring.
• All walls and ceilings were made good.
• Redecoration works to all walls, ceilings and woodwork.
