GROUND FLOOR AND STAIRCASE

Works comprised of:

• Repair and redecoration of the ceiling
• Fixing of new ceiling where required with 12.5 mm fire line plasterboards
• Installation of slate boards where required
• Painting of existing slate boards
• Staircase covering in front by creating a partition wall separating it from the ground floor completely
• Insulation of the partitions and covering with fire proof plasterboard
• Installation of support columns under the landing and covering them with fire resistant plasterboard and paint
• Covering of the staircase by creating a partition wall separating it from the ground floor
• Fire door installation
• Repair and redecoration of entire walls, ceilings and balustrade

BASEMENT WORKS:

• Removed all flooring and slat boards
• Installed blinding course, damp proof membrane and insulation
• Insulation of existing walls and dry lining board
• Installation of fire line 12.5mm plasterboards
• Fixed 25mm batons to existing walls
• Fitted new slat boards, balustrade and base rails in the staircase
• Redecoration of the ceiling and walls
• Installation of wood effect laminate flooring
• Creation of a partition as per plan at the back to create a stock room
• Fire door installation with fire resistant ironmongery and door closer
